How it works
Real estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investment in construction and development projects across the country. It consists of pooling your capital with that of other investors to participate together in real estate projects that would be difficult to reach individually.
Through a digital platform, multiple investors contribute funds to a specific project. Once construction is complete and the agreed milestones are met, the profits are distributed among all participants in proportion to the amount of their investment.
Three steps, no opaque middlemen
Project selection
We analyze blueprints, urban permits and the developer's track record before publishing any opportunity.
Collective contribution
Every investor sets their own amount. The low minimum lets a university student and a family office participate in the same building.
Profit distribution
When the project is delivered, returns are distributed proportionally to your share.
Why Colombia
This model lets people with smaller capital invest in large developments, such as apartment buildings in Bogotá, residential complexes in Medellín or tourism projects on the Caribbean Coast. This is increasingly relevant in the context of urban growth and the dynamism of Colombian regions.
Crowdfunding democratizes the real estate market. It is no longer an exclusive privilege of large developers or international investment funds; today, any interested Colombian can participate.
